How to contact ANET about tourny points?
So I heard Regina said to contact ANET if we didn't receive our tourny points or whatever... where do we do this?
Do we just go to NcSoft's "Ask a Question" tab? Both my accounts got no tournament points. |

I would post 1 per account. The more they have stacked up in their support queue, the more of a problem the realize they've got on their hands.

Wow glad to see I am not the only one with this issue Just checked on all my account and I got 0 pts total I will give it a day or so see if they fix it. No sense in flooding them with emails about free gold I trust they can get this resolved

Three accounts, 0 points for me. They all tell me to go register. This is the first time I have tried doing the tourney predictions. Don't know if I will try again or not if it is this buggy.
